A Bikini? ME!?!


So, Yesterday was the best day I've had in ages :) Probably since we went to London. It was the only day of me and Paul had together in ages, and there probably wont be another one soon :(. We had a little lie in, then he made me brekkie, yay.
Then we decided to go to Birmingham, to go shopping for holiday clothes! We have 11 weeks left till we go, but so what! It got us all excited and looking forward to it more. This is when I got a bikini! I never thought I'd ever get one, but if there's ever gonna be a time when I'm brave enough to wear one, it's gonna be in a foreign country isn't it! ( I know I'm no where near having a tummy worthy of a bikini, but it's my body so I'm gonna wear one! ). Anyway we both got some bits for the Holiday and Paul also got me an American Vampire League T Shirt ( True Blood ) Cos I am such a geek! I love it!
We ended up in Merry Hill (shopping centre) where Paul shopped even more (he caught the bug lol) and then we finally went to Wetherspoons for Tea, which was rather yummy!!
And now for the rest of the week I need to work mega hard to get a loss for WI this week, wish me luck!!

Lost the 2lbs i needed to!


So I am now back to where i was before my little blip! And working towards getting some more off! I already can't wait for next weeks result, cos then i should hopefully be lighter than i have in years!! It's all coming together!

Yesterday I went to see my Little Cousins; Willow 5, Troy 3, Indie 1, and Little Remy 5 months! And also Their mom Reve's friend came Round with her 3 year old and 6 months old! So i had 6 Ikkle Bab's to play with, there all so cute! Made me mega broody of course, but i know i'll have my babies at a more appropriate time lol!

Then last night i went to my friends Laura and Nick's Engagement party, which was nice, dressed in a skirt that never fit me before! :D (The picture is me and my sister from last night).

Today I'm going to be having a yummy Sunday dinner and also go for a run :) See if i can get back on the coach to 5k program! and I'm going to see my dad for a bit later too!

Having a Successful week so far!

So it's Wednesday and so far so good! I haven't gone over my points yet! And I've been to the gym on Monday, Swimming Yesterday and I'm off to the gym again tonight and Friday night (that's a lot of exercise for me lol!) Oh and I went on a long walk with the dog on Sunday too! So if I don't lose a good amount this week I won't be a happy bunny lol!

This week at work, one of the Legal Secretary's is off work, so guess what today I had to do her work! (I've never done it before, I'm only just starting my training to be a Legal Sec) and it looks like I've done a good job! So that's put me in a positive mood today!!

Yay, i made a banner!!

Today: Is going great! For some unknown reason I'm feeling really good and on track properly! I can't wait to do well so I can be proud of myself lol! I've got Zumba tonight and I can't wait for that! Last week my instructor added in some crazy riding a horse move and it was such a giggle!

Set My Goals!


I've still been finding it really hard to get back on track and been up and down for a while now, so the other day i sat down and wrote out my goals properly!! They are as follows :-

Get my 10% by end of May! = 16st 2 (Need to lose 12lbs, 1lb a week will cover this!)

15th June going to Fuerteventura! can i get into the 15's?(need to lose 15lbs, 1.25lbs a week will cover this!)

30lbs by 22/7/11 my 21st! = 15st 11 (To get to this i will need to lose an extra 2lb after the holiday, and obviously i'll need to lose whatever weight i put on whilst on an all inclusive holiday! But i've given myself 6 weeks to get back on track!)

So, i wrote all these out and also added a start weight picture of myself that i hate! and i've put them up in my room, Paul's room and i've got one in my handbag, so every time i feel like giving up or stuffing my face i can look at this and see that i can do it!!

This weekend: Yesterday i had a lovely day, went shopping to stock up on healthy food and weight watcher friendly snacks!( the cookies are delicious! ) and then i went to Kidderminster with my mom and my little 2 year old brother Alfie, we went swimming and Alfie absolutely loved it, bless him! Then we popped in the town to have dinner :)

And today i have took the dog a walk round the local canals and nature reserve :) then served up Sunday dinner (yum) and washed up for my lovely Nan! and now im enjoying a relaxing Sunday afternoon with my laptop and Doctor Who (geeeek!)And later on my Pauli will be arriving to see me Yay!

Been off Track!


But back on it now, was ill for a week and then went away to London with Paul :)
I put on a few lbs but it was so worth it i enjoyed London so much and cannot wait to go back again!

Anyway i've changed my WW plan to just online, instead of meetings to save my weekends and money! I'ts only 13 weeks left till my holidays abroad so i need to save money and hopefully shift another stone!

This week i'm: going swimming today, going to the gym 3 times for Zumba, weights and Cardio.

Im quite excited to get back on track! I'm fully back to pointing everything so this week i should have a good loss!

So here goes to a new start!

Hmmm...

Sorry i haven't been around much, been ill and still got a throat infection atm :(
I'm hoping it goes by tomorrow, cos tomorrow's Friday!! and that means i got 5 days off work! :D Cannot wait till next week, Monday getting hair done then Tuesday off to London for the night, it's gonna be sooo good :D

Diet's not going well at all this week! but everyone can have an off week yeah?
I'll get back on it next week i promise (myself that is). I just feel too icky and sorry for myself to be concentrating on diet! I'll just have to face up to the pounds i end up putting on!! :(

Ah well!
