It's Monday morning! Boo :/ but on the bright side I've had a fab weekend! Went to WI on Saturday morning and lost
5lb!! Which means I have lost 11.5lbs in 4 weeks! And that made me extremely happy, I then went shopping with the family, and then had my nails done, there so pretty lol! Then on the night I went out for a friends birthday and we had a real good night, i managed to last 7 whole hours on heels! That was a proud achievement for me lol, had a good old dance (burnt some calories lol) then had some pizza and consumed way more calories haha. But it was well worth it and I'm now well and truly back on the diet. Yesterday I had a lovely roast and did my fitness DVD, and then spend the night with my boy and my programs :)
I also measured myself yesterday and have lost 3cm off my waist, and can also get back into my jeans! I am so glad that I can see it working. It feels so good! Tonights zumba night, then an early night is needed!
