
I am now determined not to let my diet go to pot! I'm telling myself that I'm going to have a really good week and I will! Already can't wait till Saturday to see what happens!!
Anyway...
I had quite a good weekend, went too fast as it always does, went to WI on Saturday morning ( after missing the week before) and I'm 1.5lb down :) Step in the right direction Yay! Then I went into town n met mother n sister n bro, we picked Nan up to go shopping in ASDA, and that's always a bit of a kerfuffle with my lot lol! Think I burnt off some calories by walking around there though! Then I went home and cleaned all of the upstairs (more calories burnt hopefully!) and did a lovely job, I love it when every things nice and clean (Sad aren't I?). Then on the night I babysat my 2 year old brother, down mother's house (exciting life or what?) he quite a handful but I do love him! Paul (OH) was with me though so company was good :), then we went home and I went to bed!
Sunday I got up feeling good and decided to take the dog walkies, went all around the local canal, was freezing but still a really nice day and had a good walk with him so really enjoyed it! Popped up to see the horses whilst I was out which was nice cos i haven't seen then for ages! (Not my horses Btw) Then after that I came home, served up dinner for the family, had a lovely roast (posted it all) and then fell asleep lol!
On the night just spent it watching my fave programs with Paul :)
So Today is Monday and I'm feeling really positive and also going to Zumba for the first time tonight! I'll let ya know how it goes!
